Zendesk Implementation Specialist

Demeter ICT is the number one leading partner of Zendesk in Thailand is looking for candidates who would like to work in the position of Zendesk Implementation Specialist. Zendesk is world number one multi-channel customer service solution. Many multinational customers are using Zendesk as their customer service tools, e.g. Agoda, Uber, Grab, Kerry Express, AirBnb, Minor Group etc. Here is Zendesk website, www.zendesk.com.
The people who work in this position will have an opportunity to learn how to design multi-channel customer service process in the enterprise level. You will have a chance to implement the world-class multi-channel customer service system to the customers, which no where else offers this. Moreover, you will work closely with Zendesk team, based in APAC HQ, to get the project delivered.

– Age 22 – 30 years old
– No specific education, as this is not taught in the school.
– Working Experience: 0 – 5 years

Job Description
– Conduct the meeting with customers’ key users and gather customer requirement.
– Design the new customer service process with multiple channels.
– Configure and customize the system to match with the new process designed.
– Test the system and conduct user acceptance test (UAT)
– Train the users
– Prepare the Go-Live Checklist and documentations.
– Go-Live Support

Salary Range
– 20,000 – 28,000 THB per month (depends on the experiences)
