If we want to grow into a medium or large corporation, we need to first focus on the internal system. Starting with Gmail, Moving to Google Workspace, we can say that while we are using Google Workspace, it helps our business get processed faster and easier consistently.
We believe that Shared drives would be very useful for the company and our clients since everyone can see all files at the same time such as documents, sheets, pictures, and etc. It is like a small investment with high returns.
Google Workspace functions smartly. It includes a lot of features that can help teams, such as alerting them when they find a virus and restoring files after an attack. It reacts very quickly. In conclusion, I believe that Google Workspace is the appropriate answer.
The company would like to decrease the cost of IT and siloed programs but also wanted to increase IT security at the same time. This is one of the reasons why I decided to move from an Email Server to Google Workspace.
We had a terrible time with ransomware attacks in the past, so we started utilizing Google Workspace after that. It was a little challenging at first, but after a year, we realized that Google Workspace could resolve a number of issues, including reducing investment costs and enhancing the working environment.
Our company has only recently begun to use Google Workspace. We're all worried in different ways, especially the concern that employees would resist the change. And still familiar with the old system, Microsoft, but the Change Management program that Demeter ICT provides helps to create trust and alleviate our concerns. We also received very positive feedback from employees after the training.
